Through our leadership building program, we address disparities and equity issues for our refugees and new immigrant communities. We EMPOWER our refugees and new immigrants to identify and understand governance structures, develop leadership opportunities, and foster effective representation on volunteers boards, committees, and commissions, as well as encouraging to seek elected office.
